By the time today is over, you’ll have spent roughly
4+ hours on screens and
Checked your phone about 20+ times
.... and you’ll remember none of it a year from now.
If you live to 80, you get 4,000 weeks; burn even 3 weeks/year in autopilot scrolling and busywork, and a decade is gone.
A decade of memories, accomplishments - gone. Simply because we are stuck in habit patterns.
Given how important time is - we will not waste it. The next few sections are meant to be read in 5-7 minutes and less than 1500 words.
In a world filled with AI generated text, countless hours of video, audio content, endless advice - this retreat is a break from all the noise. This text is not AI generated. It was written in a moment of “no-nonsense” focus.
This is not a “weekend of transformation”, “somatic release”, “rewiring the brain”, “toxin clearing” or “changing you as a person” retreat. At the end of this, there will be no Tantric or Kundalini or any other Enlightened awakening. That does not happen in 3, 5 or 10 days. It takes practice and a way of living.
We provide digital boundaries with real yogic discipline, dinacharya (natural daily-routine), and meditation. Our protocol is rooted in Yoga Darshan and Swadeshi Chikitsa, and aligns daily activities with natural rhythms (dinacharya) to support mental clarity, habit release, and sustained focus. There will be a precise daily rhythm, silence window, and practice breakdown. The protocol will be simple and fixed. Retreat’s aim is to give you “a pause” so you can take “steps to build clarity”. And in a world filled with noise - even the moment of pauses can help you break negative patterns.
You leave with - noticeably quieter mental noise, better sleep, and hopefully at least one concrete “dincharya” (daily-routine) habit that you sustain at home.
We are doing this as a business - so we can bring mindfulness to more people. So if you feel retreat was worth repeating or recommending - we would love a review or genuine word‑of‑mouth. It's a sign that the experience was actually meaningful.

Why this routine?
Routine is distilled from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, a foundational ancient text on yoga philosophy often called Patanjali Yog Darshan in Hindi and Sanskrit traditions. This classic work, compiled between the early centuries BCE and around 400 CE, systematizes yoga practices drawing from Samkhya, Buddhism, and earlier ascetic traditions. Every single step here is based from original practices with negligible alterations

Ability to tame your time, your mind - needs a set of principled behaviors. While you are in retreat you are to follow these. Not following them would impede yourself and others around you to gain from this retreat.
You would be depositing your phone and any digital device. The devices would be returned to you when you leave. We will be offering our contact information which you can pass to your family and friends. Minimizing external distractions is extremely important for your mind to find itself. You would be allowed a book and writing notebook - though we would encourage you to minimize any form of sensory inputs and take the time for self reflection.
